Safe, Quality Allografts for Craniofacial Procedures

MTF Biologics supports the work of craniofacial surgical specialists with a growing portfolio of allografts for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.

MTF Biologics has provided safe, high-quality allografts for more than 35 years, first for orthopedic applications and more recently for plastic & reconstructive surgery and wound care procedures. Through speaking to medical professionals like yourself, we’ve come to learn that many of the more than 2,700 allografts we distribute in these three markets also have uses in craniofacial surgery.

We never use terminal sterilization in any of our tissue processes due to the demonstrated negative effects it can have on bone, cartilage, and soft tissues. Instead, our allografts are aseptically

processed to meet USP <71> standards, the same standards established to ensure the sterility of sterile saline, chemotherapy drugs, and other agents used in hospitals every day.

Our donor recovery standards are among the most stringent in the industry, going above FDA and conventional standards for 30 criteria, including cancer and illegal drug use. In fact, we accept less than 2% of donor tissue offered to us through our relationships with more than 30 organ and tissue procurement agencies across the U.S.
