Honoring Recovery Partners for Outstanding Achievements and Dedication to Advancing Allograft Needs Globally
Edison, NJ (May 6, 2024) — MTF Biologics recently announced the winners of the 2023 Technical Awards. The awards were presented at the MTF Biologics Leadership Summit on May 6, 2023. This series of awards recognizes excellence in tissue recovery services.

TECHNICAL AWARDS
Golden Glove Award - In recognition of excellence in the sterile recovery of allografts for transplantation, presented to LifeShare Tissue Services, UT Southwestern Transplant Services Center, Gift of Life Michigan, and OurLegacy.
Golden Scalpel Award - In recognition of excellence in the recovery of soft tissue presented to LifeSource and Live On Nebraska.
Golden Graft Award - In recognition of superior surgical technique in the skin allograft recovery presented to Gift of Life Michigan.
Golden Hourglass Award - In recognition of excellence in facilitating the release of donors presented to DonorConnect, NJ Sharing Network, and Infinite Legacy.
Trinity Award - In recognition of excellence in the recovery of tissues needed to provide fresh Trinity allografts based on hemipelvis recovery rates and the bioburden rates presented to LifeShare Tissue Services.
Knee En-Bloc Award - In recognition of excellence in the recovery of tissues needed to provide fresh osteochondral allografts based on en-bloc recovery rates, bioburden rates, and the timely release of donor charts presented to DonorConnect.
Make it Happen Award - In recognition of excellence in costal cartilage recovery that meets MTF Biologics' current demand for allografts presented to Lifebanc.
Make it Happen Award - In recognition of excellence in radius and ulnar recovery that meets MTF Biologics' current demand for allografts presented to DonorConnect.
Emerald Award of Excellence - In recognition of achieving and maintaining best practice levels for the entire year of 2023 in key performance areas presented to DonorConnect, Donor Network of Arizona, LifeCenter Northwest, LifeShare Tissue Services, Live On Nebraska, Midwest Transplant Network, and Versiti.
Emerald Award of Excellence with Distinction - In recognition of achieving and maintaining best practice levels for all four quarters of 2023 in key performance areas presented to Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency, LifeSharing, and LifeSource.
Platinum Partner Award - In recognition of the recovery partner with the best overall performance in all critical technical categories, including donor release, bioburden results, soft tissue error rates, skin recovery, and hemipelvis and en-bloc recovery rates presented to Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency.
In addition to the Technical Awards, MTF Biologics presented recognition awards for all Partners who achieved best practice levels in any of the performance categories during 2023.
