MTF Biologics Earns Prestigious 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces Award

Recognized for a people-first culture shaped by employee voice, shared purpose, and a commitment to saving and healing lives

Edison, NJ (April 9, 2026) — MTF Biologics is proud to announce that it has been named a recipient of the 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award, recognizing the organization’s commitment to fostering a people-first culture grounded in purpose, collaboration, and employee engagement.

The Top Workplaces award honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have created exceptional workplace experiences. This year, more than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate. Winners are recognized for cultivating environments where employee voices are heard and valued. USA TODAY highlighted honorees online and at the National Awards Summit in Nashville.

“At MTF Biologics, our mission to save and heal lives begins with our people,” said Joseph Yaccarino, President and CEO of MTF Biologics. “This recognition reflects the passion, dedication, and shared purpose of our employees, who honor every donated gift and advance our work to serve patients around the world. We are proud to foster a culture where individuals feel connected, valued, and inspired to make a difference.”

Winners are determined by authentic employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey conducted by Energage, the HR research and technology company behind the Top Workplaces program. Results are based on employee responses to key Workplace Experience themes, which are proven indicators of organizational performance and engagement.

“Creating an environment where employees feel supported, heard, and empowered is essential to who we are,” said Maria Szydlowski, Chief Human Resources Officer of MTF Biologics. “This award reinforces our ongoing commitment to building a culture that prioritizes well-being, professional growth, and meaningful connection to our mission.”

“Earning a USA TODAY Top Workplaces award is a testament to an organization’s credibility and commitment to a people-first culture,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “This award, driven by real employee feedback, is more than just recognition — it reflects the trust employees have in their organization and its leadership.”
