FlexHD® Meshed is an aseptically processed human acellular dermal matrix (hADM) developed to integrate into established reconstructive protocols — whether used at the index procedure, with VAC therapy, or in combination with STSG for deep tissue injury.

Negative Pressure Wound Therapy

Compatible with VAC systems to facilitate wound bed preparation while maintaining scaffold integrity and protective coverage at the reconstruction site.

Primary Wound Coverage

Applied at the index procedure to provide immediate dermal coverage and scaffold support where primary closure is not achievable at time of surgery.

Adjunct to Split-Thickness Skin Graft

Used in combination with STSG to address full-thickness and deep tissue defects — accommodating variable wound complexity and reconstructive staging.
